October Update: Shipping Status!

Games are beginning to ship!

Here is a quick overview of each shipping zone:

• USA (Gamerati) - games are being shipped now!
• UK/EU/ROW (Spiral Galaxy) - games are starting to ship this week or next week, tracking info going out now!
• Canada (Pick & Pack) - games should start shipping in the next 1-2 weeks. They received all backer data and the games are being trucked to them from Gamerati.
• AU/NZ (Aetherworks) - Aetherworks is a bit behind. They received all the games safe and sound around the same time as the other centers, but their communication has been lacking. I’ve had to reach out to several contacts and finally got a brief update. I’m guessing they’ll start shipping in 2 weeks.
• Me (YadCo Games) - I’ve received a heap of games today! I’ll be bringing some of these games to conventions (like PAX Unplugged), including some Deluxe copies. Otherwise only Standard Editions will be available online after all of you get your games.

If you receive your game and something is wrong, please let me know at [email protected] so I can take care of it for you!

There are a few backers who’s credit cards got declined for the shipping charge and haven’t updated it, and some others who got charged after addresses were locked. For those backers, I will have to ship your games myself. I’m hoping to get a large batch of them out next week, but those of you with declined cards must resolve their issue before I can send them out. Please reach out to me if you need any help at [email protected]. Even if you’ve missed deadlines, I still want to try and get your order to you. Doesn’t matter how late it is, just reach out and I’ll see what I can do!

All the games have arrived at the fulfillment centers!

All games have arrived at the 3 fulfillment centers, Gamerati, Spiral Galaxy, and Aetherworks. We are so relieved and happy that the games made it safe and sound, and on schedule! Shipping addresses will lock on Backerkit on Tuesday, and then the games will start going out shortly after. Typically fulfillment takes 1-3 weeks from this stage, so you all should all be getting the games by Halloween! If you have moved or will be moving in the next few days, update your address ASAP! It's much better to update your address now instead of waiting for your region's fulfillment center to confirm your address. The safest way to make sure your game arrives at the right address is to take care of it now on Backerkit.

How to update address?

If you've forgotten how to update your address, all you need is the original Backerkit survey email, and then you can select edit address. If you can't find that email, email me at [email protected] as soon as possible and I will send you a new email so you can make changes. If your state/province needs to be changed, also let me know which state/province you need in changed to so I can change it for you.

I am so happy the project is almost complete. Thank you all for your patience and support of our first game! I hope you all enjoy Mycelium: A Mushling Game, but even if you don't, leave a review on BGG! I want to know what you all think of the game, good and bad. I'm looking forward to hearing from you :)

First Shipment Arrived!

Shipping is almost upon us! Today, our US/CA fulfillment center (Gamerati) received their shipment of Mycelium. Gamerati has a few projects to get through first before they can start shipping them to you, but the games have arrived safe and sound! I am awaiting confirmation about the status of the other shipments, but I'd expect them to arrive shortly. With this info, it is almost time to lock addresses:

Addresses will Lock October 10th

If you have moved and have not updated your address on Backerkit, October 10th is the deadline to do so. Shortly after locking addresses, games will start shipping. If you don't know how to update your address, follow these steps:

• Go to the original Backerkit survey email and follow the link (Or email [email protected] for a new link)
• Select Edit Your Address at the top right
• If you need to change your state/province, email [email protected] and I will change it for you

Declined Card?

Only a few of you (53) had their card declined on Backerkit for shipping/add-ons/late pledges. October 10th is also the deadline to resolve those issues and pay for shipping. If your card was not charged successfully for shipping and it is past October 10th, email [email protected] as soon as you notice.

If You Are Changing States for Shipping in the US, Email Me!

Looks like charging the cards on Backerkit for shipping locks the State part of your address. I didn't know this was going to happen, but fear not! I can update the State on your address for you. Just email me at [email protected], wait for me to reply that I made the change, and then follow the Backerkit survey link to update the rest of your address. If we follow these steps, we can make sure your game doesn't go to your same address in a different state or something whacky.

Address may be locking near the end of the month, if not early October, so if you know you have an address change, please make it sooner than later! I'm waiting to see if games arrive on their sailing schedules before committing to a lock in date. If you need to change your address, you can follow the same original Backerkit survey link and go to edit address. If you can't find that email, email me at [email protected] and I can send you a new one. It's no trouble for me at all!

Cards Being Charged!

Please check if your card has been declined!

Cards have officially been charged for Backerkit, but some cards have been declined! If your card has expired or changed since filling the Backerkit survey, you may need to update your payment info. You should receive an email with a confirmation of a successful charge or not. As the games are arriving to fulfillment centers soon, please update your card info as soon as possible!

Remember that addresses will lock soon. I am still working to get a better idea when games will ship, but expect addresses to lock in early-mid October. I will provide an exact date as soon as I can, since I want to make it as late as possible to ensure everyone can update their address. If you have moved recently, and have not updated your address, you can do so by finding the original Backerkit survey link email, or by requesting a new one by emailing me at [email protected].
