USA (Gamerati) - games are all shipped!
UK/EU/ROW (Spiral Galaxy) - games are all shipped!
Canada (Pick & Pack) - games are all shipped!
AU/NZ (Aetherworks) - games are all shipped (I think)! If you are from AU or NZ I want to hear from you!
The only games going out now are returns, weird shipping debacles, and very late backers who completely missed the pledge manager. For the most part I'm very pleased with how smoothly fulfillment went. Thank you all for your patience as some of you received the game a bit passed the October estimate.
PAX Unplugged Recap
It was so cool to meet some of you at PAX Unplugged! Thank you for stopping by the booth. We were overwhelmed with how popular the game was and how many people attended this year, so we ended up donating 5 copies to the PAX library since our 2 demo tables were fully booked.

Shipping Status:
USA (Gamerati) - games are all shipped! Only have some replacement part orders, and some backers trickling in because they missed the survey/card was declined.
UK/EU/ROW (Spiral Galaxy) - games are all shipped! Everyone in these regions should have their games now, if not very very soon.
Canada (Pick & Pack) - I've received confirmation that all games have been shipped! I haven't heard from many of you in Canada, but I think you should all have your games now.
AU/NZ (Aetherworks) - I've been told they will start shipping on the 20th, but I've asked them to start earlier. Despite that, it sounds like they won't get to it until next week because there are other projects in front of us. I'm very disappointed by this, but there should be no more excuses and the games should get moving next week. I'm really sorry about the delay to these regions.

PAX Unplugged 2023
We will be at PAX Unplugged again! We doubled our booth size so we can fit 2 demo tables. We also will have actual games to sell this time (even some leftover Deluxe Editions). Since almost everyone reading this already has the game, you can still stop by and say hi and maybe buy some pins, prints, or Penny Bun plushies!

Shipping Status:
USA (Gamerati) - games are all shipped! Currently dealing with some replacement/returned orders on a weekly basis.
UK/EU/ROW (Spiral Galaxy) - games are shipping! I'm hearing a lot of you receiving their games already!
Canada (Pick & Pack) - games should start shipping this week or early next week. They received all backer data and the games are going to be trucked to them from Gamerati. They are supposed to receive the truck this week, and then Pick & Pack can hopefully get started soon after they get them.
AU/NZ (Aetherworks) - I am still awaiting invoices from them to get started. It's been a few business days, so hopefully I get that soon. They've got all your data imported and should be able to start shipping right away. I'm guessing they won't get started this week at this rate. I'll keep on it until then!

Norway and Switzerland Tax issue
If you are a backer from Norway or Switzerland, I accidentally charged you tax in Backerkit when I shouldn't have applied the tax rate. Spiral Galaxy does not offer friendly shipping into those regions, so you will receive a tax invoice. That invoice is the appropriate way to handle it, the tax I charged is not. So expect a refund for the tax amount you were charged in the next few days. Sorry about that!

USA (Gamerati) - games are still being shipped now!
UK/EU/ROW (Spiral Galaxy) - games are starting to ship this week!
Canada (Pick & Pack) - games should start shipping this week or more likely next week. They received all backer data and the games are going to be trucked to them from Gamerati. As of now, they haven't made it up to Canada yet. That should happen this week, and then Pick & Pack can hopefully get started soon after they get them.
AU/NZ (Aetherworks) - Aetherworks has been more responsive! I am still awaiting invoices and paperwork from them to get started. It's frustrating, but I'm glad it's finally moving forward. They've got all your data imported and should be getting started soon. I would still guess next week or unfortunately the week after.

There are a few backers who’s credit cards got declined for the shipping charge and haven’t updated it, and some others who got charged after addresses were locked. I was able to get a bunch of these backers into ongoing orders with Gamerati or Spiral Galaxy, but there are still some more of you. If you are still behind on getting these issues resolved, please do so as soon as you can! Otherwise, I'll have to ship them out myself later.
